Mongoose Publishing is set to release four exciting publications for RuneQuest fans in July. The first is the RuneQuest core rulebook, a 100-page full-color hardcover priced at $19.95. With this book, gamers will have access to the core rules necessary to start playing, along with various creatures, to make the game more interesting.

In addition to the core rulebook, Mongoose will release Glorantha, a 160-page full-color hardcover written by Robin Laws. This book will serve as the core setting for RuneQuest, revisiting the classic setting for use with the new system. Glorantha is expected to retail for around $29.95.

To help game masters, Mongoose is also launching the RuneQuest Game Masters Screen, created by Matthew Sprange and Robin Laws. The screen will be priced at $9.95 and is expected to be a valuable resource for running RuneQuest games.

Mongoose is also releasing a line of RuneQuest miniatures, with the first set being Broo Raiders. These 30mm metal miniatures, sculpted by Daniel Pacey, depict twisted hybrids of men and hoofed animals engaging in foul practices such as rubbing dung into their fur, worshipping disease gods, and crossbreeding with other species.

Looking ahead, Mongoose has additional supplements planned for 2006, including support titles such as the RuneQuest Companion, RuneQuest Monsters, and Legendary Heroes. With these releases, fans of RuneQuest will have plenty of content to keep them engaged and entertained.
