I’m working on getting the Chaos Project moved into a WordPress plugin at this time.  After that it should be pretty easy to allow folks to add new items to the Chaos Project.  Right now you can take a look at the alpha-preview of it.

Chaos

The first publicly usable version of the Chaos Project is available for viewing. There are five different categories available, Chaotic Features, Magic Items, Found Items, NPCs and a Bestiary. Not all features that are planned are implemented and feedback is wanted.

Some of the planned features include:

  • Registered users can add new items
  • Users can edit the items they entered
  • Filter to select items base on different criteria (system type, milieu, etc.)

Instruction for sending feedback through the support forum for the Chaos Project is available on the right sidebar of the Chaos Project pages.

I should have tried this a while ago. In theory this site isn’t yet “live”, of course, but we’re getting some traffic and some other sites have already linked to here.

The Chaos Project should be up by the 31st, I hope. In the meantime, I’ve put all of the current and archive data from the Project into a Google spreadsheet. A public version of that sheet is viewable here:

Oh, it’s also worth noting that Chaosium has updated their d100 release announcement; it’s coming out on November 2007. Or it should, anyway.

The site really should have a News section, if it doesn’t have one already. I’ll have to look into it.
