It strikes me that a "notes" field would be a useful addition for every category - this would allow the author to add notations that wouldn't fit in elsewhere, such as the original source for entries inspired by other media.

I think there is a notes field for most of the lists though I may not be displaying them. We can add the additional field to the ones that aren't.
